About Me

I graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 1999. I completed my residency training at the Dermatology and Venereal Diseases Clinic of Ankara Education and Research Hospital. I worked as a specialist doctor at Kırşehir State Hospital and Keçiören Education and Research Hospitals for 5 years. From 2010 to 2012, I worked as an academician, instructor, and educator at Yüzüncü Yıl University Faculty of Medicine, and from 2012 to 2020, at Istanbul Medeniyet University Faculty of Medicine. During this time, I served as the Head of Department from 2012 to 2013, the Chairman of the Clinical Research Ethics Committee in 2014-2015, and the Secretary of the Turkish Dermatology Association (TDD) Acne Study Group between 2012-2018. I was appointed as the President of the TDD Acne Study Group in 2018, and I am still a member of the TDD Accreditation Board, DUSEK Post-Specialization Training Commission, and Dermatology Competency Examination Commission. In 2015-2016, I observed academic programs at Thomas Jefferson University, UPEN, and Cooper Universities in the United States. I actively worked at the Parish Dermatology clinic and spent 3 months at the Benedetto Dermatosurgery clinic in Philadelphia in 2016.

I have had the opportunity to collaborate on scientific publications with numerous world-renowned scientists. These collaborations are still ongoing. I have served as a Guest Editor for three issues in the prestigious journal "Clinics in Dermatology," which is highly regarded in the field.

I have 20 years of expertise in the field of dermatology and venereal diseases, along with 10 years of experience as an academic. I have experience in diagnosing and treating various skin conditions, including acne, psoriasis, skin cancers, pediatric dermatology, hair and nail diseases, and other dermatological conditions. I specialize in the surgical removal of both benign and malignant skin tumors and the surgical treatment of nail diseases. I also provide anti-aging treatments for the skin, such as botox, peeling, microneedling, mesotherapy, and applications like salmon DNA. Additionally, I offer laser treatments for conditions such as aging, sunspots, and tattoo removal.
